Hi friends, so what is a Spiritual Coach exactly? I get this question a lot and thought it only makes sense to write a quick post about this.

As a trained life coach I can say that life coaching is a very solution oriented process: Life coaches help you get from where you are to where you want to be.

Every Life Coach chooses their niche based on their zone of genius – which is not only their certifications and degrees but also the individual life experience that coach went through, combined with the training he/she received through being coached, seeing a therapist, attending workshops, seminars, events etc.

For me that zone of genius is working with people to hone in on their purpose. The way I like to approach my work is though mindset training + soul work.
I believe in the power of our thoughts and our ability to direct and facilitate them to our advantage. I combine that with my spiritual knowledge, that of the universal laws such as the Law of Attraction, a lifestyle of manifestation, alignment, meditation, reflection and the unshakable belief that there is more to life than what we perceive due to how we are programmed in today’s society.

A spiritual coach doesn’t only scratch the surface of your behaviour, experiences, habits, goals & beliefs. We operate on a deeper level, believing that nothing happens just by accident.

I’m going to quote a sentence of my favourite article by the lifecoach spotter:

“You don’t have to be religious to work with a spiritual life coach – you just have to be open to deepening your connection with the nonphysical part of yourself, your soul.”

I hope that gives you more clarity on what it means to work with a Spiritual Coach. Feel free to reach out to me if you have further questions!

  1. The best thing you said here is that nobody needs to be religious in order to work best with a spiritual life coach, instead, all it takes to be open for deeper connections with your nonphysical soul. This is really awesome, especially now that my parents are looking for spiritual guidance after having reached the apex of their materialistic desires. Since they’re simply too busy getting themselves richer every day, I’m sure they’d appreciate if I book ourselves a visit to a local spiritual coach to properly give meaning to our worldly pursuits.
